Specifications Consulting

As a nationally recognized CCS, Certified Construction Specifier, as prescribed by the Construction Specifications Institute, my Specifications consulting services provide complete CSI Format specification writing to other Landscape Architects for complex site, civil, and landscape architectural projects. Outline specifications and Short Form specifications through complete Project Manuals have been prepared for both national and international clientele. Private residences, college campuses, sports complexes, commercial headquarters, urban streetscapes, world class resorts and entertainment complexes, and national memorials are some of the project types completed.

In addition, my practice provides Master Specifications as well as Green Specifications to professional landscape architect and civil engineering offices throughout the country.
